Electrician Replace existing cooker hood.

I would like to replace with like for like in existing kitchen housing, it is plumbed to outside vent. Is this possible

Hi John, Of course is possible to replace your cooker hood, you only have to measure your existing vent hole to make sure that your new cooker hood's exhaustion pipe will fit in the old hole. Most of the cooker hoods, use 150mm or 110mm size exhaustion pipe. If your new cooker hood, won't fit, you have to use some adapters or make the hole in the wall bigger.
