Prong stuck in socket

Hi - One of the prongs of an adaptor has come off and is stuck in the wall socket. Is is safe to try to get it out with just the switch turned off or turn off at the mains. It appears to be well in what is the best thing to try to get it out? Thanks

Hi Lorraine, I cannot see it so I would advise you to turn off at the mains to be on the safe side. A pair of pliers will do the job. If you have any probs or you are unsure contact an electrician in your area. You can find me on Facebook if you are in Lancashire Thanks Russ
