Freezer broken

Hi, Couldn't see the right category for freezer issues. I have a broken freezer. Fan is working and freezer is cold but not cold enough to freeze properly. Fridge section seems fine. Happened intermittently in the past but sorted itself out after thaw. It's a BEKO but am not sure of model. Would need to check. Thanks.

Hi Ben No there is no category for this job. Best option is to post it for an electrician but stipulate that its for a freezer repair.Hopefully there will be an appliance engineer who will see the job and get in touch with you Hope this helps a little. Thanks
