Hi Malcolm If you google R7 led lamps.They are not cheap but will last a lot longer and save you money by using less energy I think they come in max 20w at the moment.This will be prob be sufficent Thanks Russ

Hi . Yes you can . I think you need it for security light due to common problem short life bulbs . regards Bogdan Banasiewicz PROTON
