HI Lisa Sounds like it could be the thermostat.You need an appliance engineer out to fully sort this for you. There is no section for that on here so if you post the job under electrical but clearly state what the job is you should get a call from someone in your local area.Put budget of 100 pound. Wont be more than that anyhow but this means the engineer will pay the minimum fee to rated people and you will have more chance of a response Hope this helps Russ
