Hi Richard Its not that straight forward as that. A 6mm may be sufficient but it may need a 10mm. Are we talking single phase or 3 phase? Are we burying the cable or clipping in surface? Is the cable being grouped with others? Is being run thru insulation?These are a few things to take into account before deciding on a exact cable size. Get an electrician to look at this for you in more detail Hope this helps a little Russ
