LCD Time Tripping

Posted by Matthew Clarke, on
I have a lcd timer in my fuse box that is connected to a storage heater. The fuse for this is currently switched off as the lcd timer keeps on tripping when on. Can this timer in the fuse box be removed, replaced or by passed so that i can use the heater? In fact I would like to replace the heater with one that i can just switch on when required so would this be a simple job.

Hi Are you sure its the timer that s faulty and not the heater? Anyway as Bogdan states either option is easy to do. Post the job on the main section of the site and hopefully an electrician local to you will purchase your job and get in touch with a view to giving you a quote to do the work. Thanks Russ
