Hi Susie As Bogdan says you can only check the tradesmans rating once they pay RP for the job lead. You will then be sent a link to their website within RP and there you can check other customers feedback etc.and choose who you would like to carry out the job You may in fact only get 1 person who buys the lead. Some tradesman like myself dont purchase a job lead if somebody else has already done so. Hope this helps Russ
Hi . After post your job request maximum three tradesman have to pay to Rated People for your details . You have possibility to check their rating and choose one of them . Finally only one win and two of them lose their money because Rated People did not make refund . System working like lottery for tradesman so is not fair for tradesman but I am sure is working for customers . I hope it help . Bogdan
