Cooked circuit

Posted by Dilshad Miah, on
Need a cooker circuit installed it's about 15-20 metres to the kitchen from where the electrical or fuse box is, the house is a 1900's build. Is this possible as we had currys down this morning who couldn't do an install on a dual range cooker with hood due to there not being one present.

Hi If you need a new circuit installing you would need to run a cable from the consumer unit. You may also need extra work doing with earthing upgrade etc but you will be advised on this. As this section is an advice section you will need to advertise the job on the main section under electricians Someone local to you will then hopefully purchase your job lead and get in touch with you. Put a low budget on thus ensuring the tradesman pays the smallest job fee. This way you will have more chance of someone getting in touch Hope this helps Russ
