Hi Axl This is not a DIY job. If this meter is an electric company one it belongs to them and only they can touch it. A normal electrician is NOT allowed to break the seals on a meter. If its an internal meter situated after the main electric company meter,where this is used to seperate useage between the building then an electrician can do this for you. Hope this helps Russ
