Shower tripping rcd

Hello. my shower is randomly tripping the rcd. what should i expect to pay to have this diagnosed? i appreciate when the fault is found there will be extra for parts and fitting.

Hi Len, It doesn't really worth trying to fix you shower especially if that's an old one. The labor to have it looked at might cost you between £40 to 60£ plus the parts in case it can be fixed. The labor to have a new shower fitted is somewhere between £60 to £80 plus the new shower. So it's your choice if you want it fixed or replaced. Regards,
