There doesn't appear to be somewhere I can post a job for someone to fix my Hotpoint SY36X Electric Oven.

Hi Jack, With ovens the things that are more likely to go wrong are the supply (loose connections inside the oven) or broken heating elements. Follow Russell's advice and look for a local appliance engineer. Regards,
