Bosche Excell 1400 washing machine in need of service

Hello. My washing machine needs a service. No errors and functions but the results are variable and whilst it clearlt heats at 90 degrees it is stone cold at 40 degrees. Baffled. It is a bit old but a good one. Just needs some love. Any help out there?
