Hi Daniel, If there is no electrical supply to the new shower you'll have to run a 6mm2 or 10mm2 thick cable (depending on the wattage of the new electrical shower) all the way from the fuse board to the shower or a consumer unit outside the bathroom which houses the RCD to protect the shower circuit. This could cost you at least £300, not to mention the cost of the actual shower, the cost of changing the pipes to the new system, and the costs to make good the walls in case you have to do some channeling to run the supply cable.
