Electric certificate

Re-wire from this site did a electricity check we have paid him and still haven't received the certificate 2 weeks later. We have contacted him twice and no response.

If the guy has done a rewire for you he should be registarred with a governing body so he can certify his work. This job would have been required to be notified to local council under Part P of building reqs as well.Check with NICEIC or NAPIT and if he's with them contact them for advise. Thanks Russ
