Check to see if you can reset the RCD switch. If not go around the house and unplug everything from the socket outlets,be sure not to miss anything.If this does the trick go around plugging back in 1 by 1 until the RCD trips again.( you will then know its down to that item). Try the RCD again.If it still wont reset you will need to call an electrician as there is a problem on the circuit somewhere. I hope this has helped.
