I suggest you get an electrician who can isolate items such as your cooker and then test for faults within the ring, cookers are usually on their own cct but as has been mentioned a neutral earth fault in a cooker could still trip the rcd

If the spurs are single pole or unswitched and the fault is between Neutral and Earth it won't help much switching off the spurs.
