Scott Yeh all depends on labour hours involved. As Scott has said price could differ depending on if you have spare slot for MCB.

Well it depends on a number of factors The distance of your main consumer unit to the loft How difficult to get the cable to the loft If there is a spare slot on your existing consumer unit for an mcb Does your loft currently have any flooring down If it does is it an easy lift so cable can be ran to socket locations The cost per socket when cables in place would be £45 per socket The cost of getting cable there varies depending on the answers to the above questions Always check the ratings of any electrician you are considering and remember if you pay cheap, you usually get cheap, then you have to pay for a proper electrician to come and fix it If you need an electrician to come check and price for you, feel free to contact us
