Hi Both answers will help you. Firstly try contacting the electrician direct to voice your concerns. if you get no joy then you could leave him poor As answer 2 suggests contact Rated people and they may take it up on your behalffeedback other cutomers will see this on other jobs he applies for. The trade body will only deal with poor/ dangerous workmanship Thanks

Contact rated people and also if possible leave a review in regards to the service and work he provided

In the first instance let rated people's costumer service team know, and in the second instance contact the trade body that he is affiliated to. Kind regards
