During the summer I want to start a bakery business, and I have already choose the retail property. But before I rent it, I want to know does the property has enough power to supply my equiments such as "bakery oven, mixer 20liter, freezer and cake display cabinet" Thank you very much

Yes - Its best to take an electrician on site, however most supplies to shops are up to 100A if the fuse in the property is 60/80A then you may need to upgrade, if its been a busy (electrically) property then the likelihood is its good to go. However if its been an estate agents then I guess it'll be suitable for moderate use. The Network Distributors not the Suppliers should be able to help in getting the optimum supply to you. I doubt whether you'll need a 3 phase supply for ovens & mixers for that size. Good luck...

Hi Tak, The best thing to do is to have an electrician on site, show him the appliances you want and he will tell you if the supply if suitable for your equipment. For certain appliances you might need a 3 phase supply which you won't find in too many retail properties.
