Hi jason This is one of those..would i be comfortable with it moments.... As a special location and the regs dont specify with any certainty using only distance as its marker, i would use human stupidity as my benchmark and say dont do it Inevitably your client is going to overspray onto the heater, and if it isnt fully insulated and ip rated (to last as well), then you will be short one client and possibly explaining why you thought it was a good idea....
