Our company is based in a church with high roof therefore the windows are remote control operated. I am having trouble finding someone who can repair these. the windows seem to have come off the ratchet chain that closes them. they do still open but do not close fully - can you tell me the best kind of tradesperson to contact or put me in touch with someone in NE3 1DD area - thank you
