You connected me with TouchScreen and he came to test the state of wiring in the house on Friday 19 August. He charged us 120 pounds to get us a report on Monday. We phoned him and he said he is coming Monday night. He did not turn up. We texted him today and phoned him. He texted us back he cannot talk now and he will come back to us. He never comes back. We sent him a message just now. He never responded. I delayed plastering waiting for his report.

As a footnote for rated people and the customer Once the test is completed he should be sending the report via email either through nic online or by direct email and submitting his copy to nic, nic made this process simpler for the electrician by moving to an online format so i dont understand the coming back part the electrician is stating Was this electrician nic registered ?
