Hi Carl, Once you purchase a job and gain access to the homeowner's details, the relationship is then between yourself and the homeowner. We encourage homeowners to let all quoting tradespeople know whether they've been chosen for a job, but unfortunately we can't control that. It's a bit like any other potential job out there I'm afraid - the homeowner would need to let you know themselves if they'd like to hire you or otherwise. I hope this helps.
