Dishwasher problems

I have a Bosch dishwasher which won't drain. I keep getting a E15 error code on the digital display and it constantly try's to drain. I have tilted the machine as I read in a blog and checked the impeller and it seems fine. Who would I ask for to look at this problem. An electrical engineer maybe ??

Hi Paul Maybe this can help E15: Water in base Water in the base of the dishwasher indicates there is a leak somewhere, or the machine has foamed up and the foam has leaked over the splash seal into the base of your appliance. You’ll need to both drain the water and fix any leak to prevent this problem from reoccurring.
