This is a thank you message to russell and to gabriel for replying to my message. Russell i am aware of the socket converters but wanted a neater looking job so have opted for the mk triple gang with the back box. Gabriel you mentioned the importance of keeping the ring continuity but i haven't the knowledge or the equipment to do that. My biggest question to add to the original question is evan at worst case scenario the double socket is a spur would it still be ok to change to a three gang switch with the preposed equipment running off of it , thank you very much regards bill
