Both of the above answers are good suggestions/questions, i would suggest getting someone from the range company out to check the applience, if everythings o.k, then it would be an electrical issue suppling the range, in my experience, if the unit was connected up by a qualified installer, its moe than likely, an issue with the unit its self....hence trying that first....hope that helps...........
