This site would be helpful. Just create a job or jobs requesting an Electrical Condition Report (ECR) and a Gas Safe certificate or Landlords certificates. Set the price for £100 and you will get a number of tradesmen answer. Get them to give a set price over the phone based upon your properties size and complexity. Choose the correct tradesman for your needs. Ensure electricians are registered with a recognised scheme such as NICEIC or NAPIT, etc and Plumbers are Gas Safe registered. You should get a four page ECR report for your electrics and a two page Gas Safe Certificate for your gas. Average costs vary between £60- 120 for an ECR and £70 - £100 for Gas Safe cert. Failing this approach a Rental or Estate Agent but expect to pay a premium.
