How do I instruct a customer, where to go to give me a rating!!

Where do I tell the customers to go! On the site?? In their emails. I've sent a request rating as they have asked me to but the cannot find the link. Please help?

Hi Go back on your job lead details. There is a bit that says "request rating" click and follow this. The customer will then be sent an email and should then leave you feedback.
