Cancel Job question

I was only contacted by one tradesman for this job (by text) but have decided not to proceed with the order. However, despite following the help file for cancelling a job (My jobs’ from the main navigation. Click the job you don’t wish to advertise any longer and then click the ‘Cancel job’ button.) the 'cancel job' button does not appear. It is not appropriate for me to provide a rating as the work did not go ahead. Please kindly advise how I do this - thank you.

Hi Sharon, If the job is older than three days, three tradespeople have shown an interest or is already withdrawn, the option to cancel the job will be greyed out/not there. By the sounds of it, your job is already offline. Thanks, Josh Ask an expert team
