Hi Karen, To give a rating, log in to your account or launch the Homes mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted through Rated People. Select the job from the list and then click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work. You will then be asked to give the tradesperson a star rating of 1 to 5 (5 being best) on their quality of work, reliability and value for money. Thanks, Josh Ask an expert team
