Would strongly advise you to get a qualified electrician in to do this job for you as it should be taken directly from the consumer unit, which must be RCD protected as its supplying equipment outside. The armour needs to glanded in properly so that the wire armour is earthed and a small garage unit consumer will need to be installed inside the shed to distribute power for sockets/lights. Nick

Does your existing consumer unit have rcd protection? If not your will not be able to spur off. The earthing set up also needs to be checked to make sure it's sufficient before any alterations take place. Your armoured cable needs terminating prob into an enclosure with a swa gland. Are you able to do this? Ideally as well the shed should have its on supply n mcb. It will prob be better if you got an electrician to take a look at this for you Thanks
