Hi - I am planning a complete refubishment, including re-wiring. It is a small 2-up 2-down cottage. I want it completely modernised, including IT and TV in every room, up to date security, etc - what is a ball park figure for the cost of this. I am in Outer London and planning to start work within three months. The house will be mostly empty.
