Replacing Storage heaters

Posted by S F, on
I want to replace my 3 storage heaters to more modern and efficient ones. I am also in the process of replacing my flooring in my second floor flat. The current heaters have the flooring going around the feet at the bottom onto the bare concrete floor. Should i replace my floor or heaters first? Also any advice on storage heaters from experienced people would be helpful!

Hi Sam, it doesn’t matter which you replace first as the new storage heaters will sit on feet on top of your carpet as well as being screwed to the floor. As for the heaters themselves I’d definitely go with dimplex quantum heaters, they’re much more efficient and most come with 3 year warranty
