Hi Jennie , it's called an EICR (electrical installation condition report) It's always best to get the test done by someone approved by NICEIC or Napit . Anywhere in the price range of £100 to £200 is fair

What certificate and what does it look like for full electrical check in a rented property. Can all electricians issue the certificate. How/ where can I check they are competent to do this
