How do I request a credit for a job (customer had already agreed for the first caller to carry out the job).

You can report the lead. However you’ll have to meet the criteria for credits. You’ll need I think, 80% of your profile complete. You should hear back within 3 days if it’s been excepted.

Good luck with that Mark, I'm with Rated People for over 4 years I reckon and they are very, very cross when you ask for your money back.
