Do you have to pay a call out charge

Hi Ray Depends on the circumstances, if going out to fault find then yes, if going to install a consumer unit, we do a visit prior to assess the job and do some testing, we do not charge for that Hope this helps

If there’s a fault to find, I charge a call out charge and for the hours I’m there for. Most people would do that because they don’t no what there walking in to or how long there going to be there for. Hope this helps thanks dan
