Ventilation broke down, dampened roof space, which category ?

My property is a 2 floors mid-terraced house. The fan in the toilet ceiling is not working, not extracting any air. There is a ventilation unit up in the loft which is also not working. The loft is very damp due to condensation in the roof space and spreading of the moisture. The plywoods are all dampened and discoloured. I believe the ventilation units need replacing, as well as the toilet extraction fan. I would like to get a quote for these works but I dont know which category should I select to post the job Thanks.
