Why do tradesmen never reply

Hi we do exist and its just that descent good qualified tradesman are 9 times out of 10 busy but should aim to reply to you by the end of the working day that is what i do myself personally any problems with anything im happy to help Kind regards Jay JD Electrical

Yes I am one and I have never not replied to a customer and have always taken pride in my excellent customer service and communication skills. Where are you based ?

Hi Margaret, If you post a request in the job section up to 3 electricians should contact you if the lead was sold. If however the lead isnt sold. Add some pictures of the job or change the budget. I hope this helps Kind regards Jay Warm Sure Heating
