Call out charge

Posted by Mia Lovatt, on
I've got a broken kettle (artisan kettle KitchenAid) I wondered how much a call out would be to access what's faulty.

Dear Mia, It could be £30 up. I don’t charge for local checks unless need to replace parts. I’m sure there will be someone locally at yours who can do it the same. Extra info... Find something else to do at home for electrician e.g. fitting outside light ;) While negotiating the “little” job for outside ask for a favour... As he/she will be doing other job surely will not charge for quick check of your beloved kettle. All the best! Rafal
