I have been notified that a trader got in touch with me and offered to quote. However, I have not heard from this trader beyond the message from RatedPeople that the trader would be getting in touch. No phonecall, text, email or chat.
Although three Traders supposedly wanted to quote, one phoned me and we arranged a meeting. Another chatted me through the site, which I receive after a delay as there is no email or text notification.
I would now like to take the job off the site as the trader who phoned me is doing it, but I can't find the way to do it even though I'm following the link in the email.
Please advise.
