Smart metre economy 7 fuse box

Hi I have 3 over night storage heaters each with 16 amp circuit breakers (48 amps total load) the main switch is is rated 100 amp maximum load Is it possible to connect extra circuit breakers and 13 amps sockets to use the spare upto 52 amps safely
