Had a new kitchen fitted and replaced the fuse units and light switches and sockets with metal ones as well as put in spot lights in off the ceiling rose and since then RCD switch trips every couple of weeks unassocaited with appliance or light activation. How much effort will be required in terms of electrician investigation to establish root cause/s do you estimate. Note some bleeding off the light switches which an electriction I had round said was normal but bought a plug tester from B&Q which triggers a trip regardless of what socket in the house I put it in.
