We’ve lost electricity to a hallway, staircase, and outdoor light (we think it might be a separate circuit in the house).The fuse switch for that is currently off, and won’t go back to on, just slides back to off. It sparks when I try to push it back on (tried twice) and haven’t tried it again. What is the issue and what would be a rough cost of repair?
