I had an electrician which I picked on here not the cheapest to fit a consumer unit and other things it said on the site he was a member of niceic and could do a part p it was not until work was done and I am still waiting for the certificates and looked to see its not registered and I can not find him on the web site as being registered do not know what to do now as I am selling my house and he knew this is what the work was being done for.
