I have colt mob/scooter, due to health reasons it has not been used for a few months. tried to use it recently but would not move.
battery 100% full been charged regularly during non-use. all lights, horn, instruments work ok.
carrying out a quick check removed plastic cover under steering bars and found two halves of two connectors no 1 forward movement no 2 backward movement. not able to remove lower cover where i believe the other two half connectors must have dropped.
i think it only needs the 4 ends re-connecting in the correct order.
i would guess iot should take at maximum of an hour on site
