A "plumber" has put a normal plug socket fixed to the bathroom floor in a cubpoard with no lock on it, less than 3m from both the shower and bath in our bathroom. Is this even legal?! (The socket has a plug in it which the builder put in for the water flow to the shower - even though we have a combi boiler)
