We have used this tradesperson from your list but the quality of his work has been exceptionally poor. Please can you provide us with his full business address because the address on his invoice is incomplete. We want to pursue a refund because he has provided us with a draft EICR electrical report which has many mistakes and contradictions and has not provided us with a full business address - just a block of flats with no door number.
