I have a ring doorbell that I need to connect to the mains. There are adapters available that can plug straight into the plug socket (I assume they have a built in transformer?) but they are not long enough. I need a cable 40ft long to reach my plug from the front door.
I prefer to have round cable as flat normal bell cable is ugly when run along the skirting board. Do you know if a cable that long that I can plug straight into a socket or can you please advise how I can do this.
