Had a burst pipe in the loft which leaked between the walls, power popped at the breaker, all down stairs plug sockets off, emergency call out found a broken mains cable at the bottom of the wall, said a rodent problem not burst water pipe caused this. Iv been in the property for just over a year and know there isn't a rodent problem as I had pest control in and gas everywhere and fill up the gaps. In my eyes the burst pipe has caused the issue as I have been living with a broken cable for a year with no problems, any help would be grateful, thank you Dan.
